Sorry, I had a bad week at work and couldn't be much active here...
4 complete KnC Neptunes still available for sale, I prefer to sell them "complete" (5 cubes + 1 controller) in original packages.

You don't need to trust the seller. You can use a trusted escrow provider.
You send the bitcoins to the escrow provider. Then you wait until you receive the product. If you receive what was promised, then you authorize the escrow provider to release the bitcoins from escorw to the seller. If you do not receive what was promised, then you return whatever you did receive, and the bitcoins are released from escrow back to you.

FWIW I bought some spondoolies machines off up.debug a couple of weeks ago and everything went fine, miners shipped from the EU to answer your other question.
