Surprising to hear anybody dealing in Bitcoin nowadays not using escrow, unless the seller is very very reputable and has a long history(mostly Senior and Hero members).

If I were you, I'd enter the negative trust with the amount of BTC you've lost to at least warn fellow members from dealing with him in the future.

Also for some reason your link in the OP are broken

At 1500mhz if consumes around 450w, it runs in normal mode i have never turned up the mhz because the power consumption is supposed to skyrocket to the 1000w range then if i do and both run on the same 10amp fuse.

Highest offer atm is 1.8btc for the Jupiter and 2btc for both shipping included.
A little to low in my opinion if someone raises their offers a little you might got yourself a deal.
