I would start an auction at face 1.0 for each with minimum bid increments of .001 or even .0001.
You won’t get much more than face, maybe $50-100 worth in BTC. You could create a “lot” with both coins if you want to ensure it goes to same person. Escrow is highly recommended, and your best choice is Minerjones. Essentially the buyer would send funds to MJ. You send coins to the buyer (or to MJ). The funds are released to you when either the buyer or MJ has the coins.

Good luck with sale! As far as oxidation goes, I think these coins still look nice and interesting...

Keep what's important, and know who's your friend
Are these supposed to be both gilted Cas's?  Looks like the "gold" rubbed off in some weird way?  I thought the gilt part of the coin was supposed to be like a chemical change in the silver done to it.

Could that chemical change be reversed by storing it in some type of overly humid environment?

One coin to rule them all
Predominantly just in a drawer with other stuff.  Bought them in 2013 / 2014 from david at hardbtc. I'm hoping too that the private keys are not tarnished in anyway (but even if a few characters are illegible then it wouldn't take too much effort to crunch through the possibilities). Obviously I'm not going to try "peeking" at them unless they are unsold in which case I'll just get the funds out and use them as trinkets.

I am 99% certain your keys are fine. As long as they where stored dry at room temperature. I opened a cas coin for a client this year, the private key was in perfect condition.
You can expect the priv key to be in same condition as the short public key, which looks fine on your pictures.

How were they stored exactly?
Exposure to air wouldn’t cause patina to develop that quickly (these coins are only a few years old).
The holograms show signs of wear on the outer areas, so I question if the storage could have affected the private keys in some way.

I would advise against cleaning the coin.
Better to post pictures on here so that people can see the condition for themselves.
I’m London based too so don’t mind helping with escrow/reship if required.

I'm a bit ashamed to upload a pic of these here as they were not stored in airtight containers since purchase; had no idea they would devalue if not but hey ho...

Can someone give me an idea of what the floor is on these? Obv. they are funded and intact (i.e. hologram sticker untampered) but .. as I said.. there has been some oxidation over time.

I am considering taking them to a coin collector in order to have them cleaned - an anathema in the world of numismatics I know - but people like shiny stuff....

One is silver and other other silver with bronze (?) highlights.

Will upload pics in a day or two if there as interest. Would prefer to sell both together but would be ok to sell one at a time.

Am London (UK) based. Also I have no idea how escrow would work if I do sell these so please give me some pointers in public replies.
