There are a lot of spammy/scammy websites that have literally pixels given to individual ads which is obviously against the TOS of where the ads are being purchased from. If the domain is parked and the OP is not willing to publicly share the name of the domain then it is likely breaking some term of the advertisers he is getting ad revenue from
