I'm not looking to profit here, just looking to not lose value on my dollar.

Yes i am new, i have no experience trading here, but everyone's gotta start somewhere right.

Small trades are okay as well, starting from as low as $10

and yes it's a 1:1 exchange no charges, i'll send it through Friends & Family so you get every dollar. and i get 100% of the money converted into bitcoins too.

Everyone else is looking for profit & have peace in mind that this money won't be charged back.
You mean i should charge like 2-5% for the transaction?

and you say you're a business man?
I believe this is a forum where people share their ideas and what not about this beautiful concept of cryptocurrency, yes i do do business, i do it for a living.

But just because i want to perform a transaction that is free, without any extra chargers whatsoever.

I'm not a licensed currency exchanger or what not, and I'm not looking to profit from this either.

I believe there are many people out there that seeks for the opposite of what i'm looking for, i'm here to trade, not for profit. just take this a giving back to the community will ya. not everything has to have a catch...

Either you're too naive or pretending that you don't know how PayPal works (I assume it's the 2nd part as you deal a lot with PayPal)

What country do you live in? Since when did PayPal start charging fees to withdraw to a bank account?

1:1 - LOL. Let's be real here, even those who've been around for awhile have a hard time getting 1:1 deals. You being a new member would be looking at +~20% at minimum, if you can even find someone willing to do that.

1:1 ratio exchange is okay for me, I don't need to earn from here. And I will also absorb the PayPal receiving fees, but no foreign exchange fees, so it will be great if your PayPal is in USD as well.
eg.
$50 dollar worth of BTC, you get $50 in your PayPal account.
It's great you're OK with an 1:1 trade, since you're on the side that usually pays the premium Grin

Start from low amounts, we can build trust.
As sardasa said, you're paying with a reversible payment option, which can be easily revoked up to 180 days,
the other party would pay in a non-reversible payment option, without any option to revoke their payment (in case you reverse after some weeks/months).

New story for scamming? Person who sells you BTC would be at risk for next 6 months as PayPal can be charged back for up to next 180 days but BTC cannot.
I do not trust it either. Paypal has a lot of very decent options to transfer money to your own bank account, in my country without extra charge. Of course you pay a percentage to convert USD to your local currency, but you can also make your customers pay in your local currency directly. There are better ways to do this, if it is a legit offer. The fact that you want bitcoins makes me doubt your offer.
All in all this sounds like an offer I would not trust.

I'm currently running a business here in my country. My business requires me to use PayPal as one of my payment solution, of course there is other payment methods, but many of my customers prefer PayPal.

My Paypal Account is in USD, and converting it to my local currency is just too expensive, not to mention PayPal charges a percentage when withdrawing to my bank account.

I'm willing to sell my PayPal USD for BTC, I'm only looking to avoid the fees incurring during currency exchange, not looking to profit here.
PayPal foreign exchange fees are just too high.
