1. ROW mean rest of the world, that means it can be activated in any country
2. Gifts can be send directly to your steam account or in steam trade window if we are friends if not it can be send via email in a link form.
3. Process of selling the games or buying the games myself?
4. Gifts in general can be revoked if bought with stolen credit cards and stuff like that, but this usually refers only to games that can't be traded for the first 30 days(when you buy a gift on steam it's not tradable for 30 days).

Everything i have is listed in the list above
