Buyer beware. I have 100 + S17 56TH units. these units, have a VERY high failure rate. They are complete garbage. Loose Sync's, weak PSU's, Weak CB's chips burn easily. Based on my experience and several other commercial miners I speak to, a failure rate of 30% is the average. I would be very cautious of buying the S17/S17 Pro 56TH config. As a whole, Bitmain's S and T series are complete garbage. There really should be a very large Class Action lawsuit against Bitmain. Take it for what it's worth....

$900 each? or $900 for 2?

it was for 2 at $900 each  Wink

thats what i thought - still a great deal.

This is not going anywhere.  He will most likely sell to the local person via meet up if he is legit.

@ op. if you are doing a meetup always be sure you take precautions so that you don't get your gear robbed.

@ titans00983.    if you are doing a meetup with op be sure you take precautions as a pocket full of cash  900 x 7 = 6300 usd

can be tempting.

good luck if you do a deal.

If not I am here. with the highest offer of 905 each. I can buy 1 or 2  I have decided to not get more then 2.

Much appreciated. Would never walk in blind somewhere with that much dough. Like you said, at that point your just a walking ATM for someone. Would only do anything at a comfortable meetup and if feel comfortable based on convos etc. As of now none of us have really heard much from him so we all seem to be just playing the waiting game..

sorry for the late reply , work just started.... i am selling them for a customer of mine, once i show him some numbers i dont think 900 would be far off the mark,
but i have to explain this to him and show him the math , hosting contract ends july 1 , talking to him this weekend

I know you're getting blown up with replies. I tried sending you a personal message but it will not allow me. Know you said you're busy with work but I am still very interested in the s17 pros and am located in central KY. Would love to chat and hopefully strike a deal for the units you have. Could be very beneficial to us both if we are able to do a deal locally and save on shipping costs, escrow, etc. Feel free to send me a message if interested, as it will not let me send you one.

Thanks!
Chris

I am sure he would want 900 for 1 piece not for the 2.

I made an offer for 855 why would he ask less.

@ op   I will offer 905 for 1

since I am a leading escrow the deal is simple   ship it to me up front I will pay you 905 in btc upon arrival.

I am in New Jersey

I would buy all 7

 1 at a time for 905 each.

 or just buy 2

 1 at a time for 905 each

 so others can get some.

 I

offer to buy 1 at a time to make deal comfortable to you as people fear larger commitments.

most people talking to you will want me or have used me to do escrows.

My real name and address is very well known and I have escrowed 100 plus deals for many people since  I joined in 2012

  2014 was first escrow iirc

here is my eBay page

I don't sell there any more but I sold over 100,000 in gear there with perfect feedback

tons and tons of great feed back for my sales.

I have prefect record here and on ebay.

I work at it.  I will continue to do so.

These sold in droves "Pre-Halving" for $1,400.00. You're looking at a 2 year ROI at .045 cents at this price. Did you make a mistake on the amount? I'll offer $850.00 per unit for all. No more.

I will see your 850 and bid 855.

I am in Howell NJ 07731

I have mined for years and Epochjump is correct 1500 is too high.

1 th pays 8.5 cents

new jump means

1 th pays under 8 cents.

so if these work and pay 8 cents they pay 4.48 a day with free power they take more then a year to pay off.

You can get s17+ for 1200 doing 70 th.

I am very interested in these. Also located in KY. However, 1500 is more than I would be willing to pay. If you're willing to negotiate or end up not being able to.sell at 1500, please let me.kmow. I'm in central KY. Would be willing to meet up as well

Is that $1500/ each or all 7 together?

You wish, we all wish....

But seriously, I am interested in those miners. However, shipping them to me will cost a lot Sad
