Transferring domains newer than 60 days is usually prohibited: http://www.namecheap.com/domains/transfer-a-domain.aspx

I made the same mistake with my first attempt at domain transfer (not with Namecheap).
This is a "push" a domain whereby you send it to another namecheap user, I don't think that is prohibited as it is free and I did it with BigMerve the last time?
