What the hell is Steam fees ?
Anyway could you please proof that they are not carded I'am interested on this , I don't want them to get revoked after a while because it kind sounds phishy when you sell 100 Euro worth on Steam for only 60$ BTC rates .
most likely  fees associated with using the steam market to "transfer funds" by listing a worthless item at a high price. its really inefficient though, fees are like 15% iirc. as for if those funds can be charged back, im not too sure, as a chargeback on those added funds would affect other people if those funds were used for purchases already (on the community market, not paid to valve.)
