can i make USA vcc? and is it reloadable?
You're able to use it in the U.S, and yes, it is reloadable.
But you can't verify a US paypal with these.

Does this VCC work with Payza?
Yes it does. It should work with the majority of E-Wallets.

Tonight I also hope to start a pre-loading service for the cards.
Sent you the address. I've also added it to the original post, along with more details with the card. I've also clarified that the VCC comes with a VBA.
