NewEgg has the 890FXA-GD70 for $155 new & free shipping right now. The CPU & memory are convenience, but don't add a lot of value. I'm basing the $140 on the assumption that the CPU still has the stock heat sink & fan attached (which I value at around $10 of that $140).
I'll offer $280 shipped for the mobo + cpu combo and the 1050W seasonic. That's $35 less than your asking price for the seasonic but probably saves you $10'ish in shipping.
