i'm not trying to troll the guy, but he kind of set himself up for failure.

Yeah, I wouldn't label him a scammer yet. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes, could be anything legitimate... or maybe he underestimated the demand and has to hijack another Xbox Truck and get away clean before he fences them for BTC.
