Hello, Yes it's 99% open source, Only few files encrypted ( license related ) but it doesn't affect in anyway you ability to modify anything you want in the script

The script is written in php, with mysqli plugin for mysql database

Server requirements :

1- PHP 5.5 or after
2- MYSQL 5.5 Or after / Or MariaDB
3- Ioncube Loader

These are the minimum tech requirements, If you have any questions just let me know and i'll be happy to answer all
