How I see this working
1) We agree on an escrow
2) I pay escrow funds, escrow confirms receipt
3) I give escrow my DO login details
4) You give escrow the codes, escrow redeems on my account
5) Escrow releases funds
It is indeed. You can pick the escrow as long as he or she is reasonably trusted.
