It is optional.
For now, your Coldkeys must be shipped loaded.
However, for enhanced fund safety, they can ship unloaded under condition that the funding has been secured by a 3rd party escrow (agreed upon us, must be Bitcointalk escrow tho).

As a startup, we are undertaking our financial regulator agreement, so we are able to provide more crypto-assets services to the world.

Unfortunately we cannot reserve some for you, but I will let you know when our wallets are available for sale, so you can grab a few low serial numbers.

1)
The private keys cannot be leaked, because we do not hold a copy of them. They are generated on the fly and exist only on the Coldkey wallet itself.
In our Genesis Edition, we did not record some of the public addresses of some cards for increased privacy. (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wts-coldkey-genesis-edition-cold-storage-wallets-limited-edition-5132621)
The generation takes place on a secure setup. We take the outmost care when it comes to the integrity of the private keys.
We use open source

In the future, we may release series that involve our company to hold onto a copy of private keys (Masternode cold storage ... ) but we are not legally allowed to do so, yet.
Only an agreement from the French financial regulator can enable us to offer such services.

We take all these matters very seriously.

Coldkeys are available worldwide, with the exception of China.

(dude, I have casascius coins, loaded with btc, so trust me, I trust the makers, lol, but I might be in the position of importing 1000+ of these to asia, if its possible, so obviously I need to know details.)

It is based on how you trust a maker.
If you think he might have a key copy, dont buy. If you believe he dont.- buy it.
I think we are safe and the only copy of a key is under the holo.

1, how can ppl be sure the private keys can not be leaked? do you hold a copy of them? or how is it generated / handled?
