not true, because his hex pay has been updated several times since he was gone on vacation. Might be some auto uploader or his partner that doesn't response on Skype uploading everything. his hex pay is down now. hope he comes back soon owes me about 3k worth of gift cards now lol

I'm having the same issues as you. Balance checks out, location says they have never gotten a gift card in this way before. They tried scanning the phone and tried entering it manually and neither worked. Hardees location here.

The manager said "their systems just weren't set up to handle this yet".

I have wonder if they just input something wrong when they did it manually, or didn't know how to.

Yeah maybe they didn't know how to use the code. I am going to try another Carls Jr tonight, hopefully it works.

I used one just today. I couldn't load it onto anything so I just wrote down the number and handed it to the cashier. She didn't even question it. Worked like a charm. I would recommend to try again with a new cashier. Hardees red burrito location.
