Ask a color blind person the difference between green and red and then compare to what is obvious to somebody who is not.

I could have done like I have seen others do and just released this to the public for free or made a few edits and call it my own and sell like many others do...At least I notified Queen of my intentions and will follow through on what I say I will do.

What is so obvious? Did you ask Queen if they were the original creator of this or if something similar can be found elsewhere? Also, not is obvious unless you state it. Ask a color blind person the difference between green and red and compare what is obvious to them to somebody who is not color blind.

1 & 2- Do you notice how you use assuming in your favor?
      If you state that it is for digital games, the the buyer should assume that you need an XBOX, but did you consider codes can be acquired and not for the intended use of playing them on a personal xbox console?
      If you don't state something, then you assume that whatever is implied...

3 - I did not ask for a refund....now you go both ways and say there are no refunds, but you might have worked something out with me? What was you time limit on refunds? What am I doing wrong that violates what you stated in your sales thread?

You were able to use it and enjoy it while I was not able to do anything with the information that you provided me.
