I don't think it should be much of an issue. OP has paid people in the past, maybe he's just saving up for on big payment instead of smaller chunks??

Same here. I have completed one document but I am waiting for an update from the OP before uploading it and then I'll start the other document (230 pages). Hope that we get a reply soon.
