Does withdrawing fiat currency (after selling bitcoins) through a SEPA wire require ID verification? Because I don't feel comfortable giving away my ID.

I believe that it does.

Could any of the staff confirm or deny it?

From the verify page:

Quote
There are no transfer limits or trade limits for "verified" Bitstamp users. In the event that you would like to remove the 1000€ first time deposit limit on your unverified account or the 10,000€ deposit limit for any future deposits and/or withdrawals, verification is necessary.

I've successfully done withdraws of less than 10k€ without verification. That limit could be cumulative, my withdraws don't add up to 10k€.

I'm trying to move my trading bot from mtGox to Bitstamp, but I don't see any word about instant orders ( my bot really need them) in API docs yet. Is instant orders possible at all with Bitstamp API?

Why is it so very different between course of trading on Bitstamp and through Ripple web client.
For 10 USD, I will get only 1033 XRP on Bitstamp.
If I buy XRP, through Ripple, and as an issuer using bitstamp.net, it will cost more for less (For 10 USD, I get 2500 XRP).

What is this, am I missing something here or attemp to steal?

It's an easy-to-fix javascript bug that has been there for months.
I don't understand why they didn't fix it though. It makes the site feel insecure.

Yes, FIX the CSS as its the priority and not the fucking trade engine.

It's sure is easier and faster, no?

Thank you for reporting this display bug to us. We are already aware of it and it's on our to-do list to be fixed. We would ask you kindly to please use the English UI until we do.

Are USD withdrawals from Bitstamp to Bank of America working?

There seem to be some rumors floating around (on IRC at least) that Bank of America is blocking USD wires that are coming from Bitstamp.

Any BofA/bitstamp users out there that might be able to set the record straight?

Thanks.

USD withdrawals to my U.S. bank have been working like a charm.

No issues.

A+ rating from me.

I have tried Bitstamp, the interface is good and simple but the verification can take up to sometime.
