Does anyone have a sd card image from a dragon without a screen I could try ?

ok I have created a new sd card which works but only when the lcd screen from the old dragon is installed.

Anyone know how to simulate a screen being there ?

The plot thickens

If I use the sd card from my old dragon and plug the lcd screen from it also into the new dragon then the new one mines happily.

Does anyone have instructions to create a new sd card for the PI ?

And any ideas to get around needing the lcd screen ?

update

I tried the control board from another dragon and still nogo.

I plugged the lcd screen from the old dragon onto the control board(new dragon doesnt't have a screen) and the new dragon powered up but still wouldnt mine.
The pool addresses are the same in both dragons

this is so frustrating the last dragon took about 15 minutes to get going.

Any ideas Huh

Use an IP scanner to scan the IP of the dragon.
Log into the web based interface and press ok to start automatically.
If you change the IP, the Dragon needs about 2 minute to start for the first time at the new IP.
If this didn't solve your problems, then look at the inside of the Dragon.
If you see 1 PCI-E cable or power cable that splits into 2 PCI-E connector.
Than you got a model with less powerfull PSU.
When these PSU are new, they can mine for a while, after a few weeks of mining these PSU died a bit and won't power up the Dragon enough.
Replace with a better PSU and make sure each module of the Dragon is separately powered by 1 PCI-E cable.
Do not use a cable that splits into 2 connectors.
Make sure the motherboard cable is plugged into the control board.

I hope this help.

I have a problem

Dragon arrived today so I set it up and powered it up changed gateway ip and setup pool info but it wouldnt mine. Fans were going and green lights on blades were on but red led on front was not on.
So I took side off and checked all cables were plugged in properly put side back on and powered up.

Now I cant get to it via the web interface no blade green lights are on the fans are going and now the red led on the front is on.

any thoughts ?

I removed the PI and it works fine away from the dragon but doesn't power up when in the dragon.

Can anyone think of anything but the control board is stuffed ?  There is a ribbon cable that goes from the board to the PI which I assume powers the Pi as well as comms.

we are opening remote access to hosted dragon these days, and the miner will offline for several hours to update the firmware, i have sent a mail in advance and maybe that lead to the problem

are you going to make that new firmware available to all customers who have purchased miners from you in the past?  i'd love to get a better/up-to-date firmware

thanks for your trust, we didnot add anything but only remote access system, if you want open remote access to your miner please pm me and i will update it
no i'm ok.  i have them locally and when i'm not local I have access via VPN.  thanks.
