The 5% is being used for things such as bounties, faucets, future development down the road, promotions, marketing, possible give aways, etc.
So how does the referral system work? From where is the % taken? Is it added to the houses rake or payd by the house ?
If house takes 2% would that mean that the user would gain 1% of that 2%?
So lets say someone looses 100 and the rake is 2. The amount the user would get for the referral is then 0.02?
You also mention that investors gain extra depending on level. Lets say a level 2 rare with extra 8% would then gain 0.16 in that situation ? Or is it +8% of that 0.02?

Houses rake is 2% right?
From that thread it seems ferrals get 1% and sub refs get 0.5%.
Lets say pot is 100. Does house take the 2% and referals take 1% and if 0.5%.
Or is it 1% aftr house takes its rake? So 1% of 98
Explain the extra % on referrals please. Does it add to sub ferrals also?
For example extra 30% would that then make the ref reward 1.3% and the 0.5% would then be 0.65%?
Making the overall rake 3.95%?
So, let me try to clarify.
Suppose on a match and on each side theres 4 bets (placed by 8 people)
Side-A: 10, 25, 50, 100
Side-B: 10, 25, 50, 100
Suppose Side-B loses, and the person who bet $50 (on Side-B) has a refferer.
1% of this goes to his referrer ($0.05).
Thus, the loser pool of Side B is Sum[10, 25, 50-0.05, 100] = 184.95
The house then takes its rake from this value (184.95) and the remainder is distributed to the people on Side-A based on their bets.
Now calculate Side-A Sum[10, 25, 50, 100] = 185
So suppose the remainder was 370 (I know in this ex. it's not, but I'm using this figure for easy math)
The person who bet 10 on Side-A will receive 10 + (370 * (10/185)) = 30
The person who bet 25 on Side-A will receive 25 + (370 * (25/185)) = 75
etc.

I sent in my investment from poloniex, twice! I dont think its a problem.
When you send from an exchange you are not sending from your exchange deposit address, you are sending from one of the exchange's hot wallets. You have no way to sign a message to verify ownership. I am not sure how this ICO will be handling things, but since anyone can see the transactions on the investment ledger someone may be able to show the transaction and claim it is their transaction if they were to gain access to your Gamebet account.
It takes two minutes to set up a blockchain.io wallet. Maybe the dev could give some assurances regarding the matter but it is always smart to invest from a wallet you have control over.
As you said when you send from an exchange you have no way to verify ownership, this is why we reccomend to investors you make use of 2FA to be secure about your account.
If i would invest 5 BTC can someone explain me what i earn ( with the profit on the website ) with my 5 BTC invested.

We can't tell you at this point how much GBT you will receive for 5 BTC until the sale is over since it is a %-based distribution therefore we cannot tell you what your profit will be. As we explained the OP, the percentage of profits GBT represents will also be determined by how much is raised during the sale. Likewise, your profit will be based on that as well as the sites profit, so because of all these unknown variables it's hard to give you an estimate or exact numbers at this time. However, what I can tell you is for 5 BTC you would be entitled to Investment Level 2, Legendary Tier (please see OP for details) and its perks/benefits.
I would like to know how the invested money on the site gets the GBT on the local wallet? I did read through OP but must have missed it.
