Be carefull and dont fall for the FUD in this thread , the whales are trying to make you think the price is going lower and that youll be able to buy back in cheaper. As you sell they eat up the cheap coins. Sell now and chances are you buy back at higher price or yr out for good if yr nor happy paying more!!

You should consider doing altcoin related betting so you can tap into that market.

For example you could do a prediction market.

Will LISK be > 0.001 BTC 24 hours after launch? Yes/No

I have some gamebet coin sitting on the Yobit exchange.  I'm not actively trading them, so what is best to do with them?  I read something about earning stakes with them.  How would this be done?

Thanks for any help.

Whats the best way to hold my coins for a long time ( lets say 6 months ) without touching it ?
Can i hold them somewhere save ?

If you tuck your coins away you will not be able to earn stakes and over 6 months it will become quite a lot of coins you threw away. Remember that GBT is not % based staking so it does not help to close your wallet or store your wallet away and bring it online once a while to get back-pay. You will get 2.8 coins for a stake whether you have little weight or tons of weight. After 6 months your coins will instantaneously hit a stake but you will get 2.8 coins and the weight will reset.

If you do not care about the staking, you can do the following:
1. If a paper wallet is available, send the coins to the paper wallet.
2. Encrypt your wallet with a password and store it on 3 encrypted USB thumb drives. Store the 3 drives at 3 different locations. Securely delete your wallet.dat off your computer.
3. If you setup your wallet.dat with a strong password and open it for staking on a reasonably secure PC, you should be fine. Just use a separate clean PC for this and dont use a computer with all sorts of software on it that you surf the web with and dont type in the wallet password too much on this PC.

havnt tried bets yet. As I realize SS cant be converted to btc or other coin, right?

Not yet.

There will be an option on gamebet.gg to convert SS to GG with the new UI being rolled out mid-may.

That's why I held off transferring my steam items for now. I don't want my items/money to be stuck there.

Bittrex, where are you?

What would be nice though, is if GBT is added as an option to pay for GG.

Yeah I'd like to see this feature implemented in addition to being able to stake GBT from gamebet.gg. An all-in-one type site.

Bittrex, where are you?

Apparently they needed $5000 for listing

You mean $ 5,000 to get on Bittrex. For the creators of the coin it's not a very large sum . After investment they got $ 100k .

The $5k is not to get listed. It is to pay for the time and effort to do the required compliance work by the exchange. It is not guaranteed that a listing will follow. I can understand the requirement for the payment because no-one works for free and GBT is not just a run-of-the-mill coin. If it was just a payment for a listing it is a completely different matter.

There are more important things to do though atm than to pay money for another exchange listing e.g. UI development and marketing. Once GBT is on its feet and growing, then lesser important payments can be made. Once GBT is starting to become well known and people want to buy it, they will go to the exchanges where it is listed. What would be nice though, is if GBT is added as an option to pay for GG.

I not see options for withdraw cs go ( sliver).
How withdraw silver ?

I think you can only bet or buy steam items with SS:

Steam Silver is a currency used on our site obtained from depositing steam items on our system. Steam Silver is represented in USD (1 SS = 1 USD). Steam Silver can be used to place bets as well as purchase items from the Stream Market Place. In the near future, there will an on-site exchange allowing users to directly list orders for Silver and Gold.

So in the future you can change them for gold what you can change for btc?

Moar sad News. My roof is Leaking Water on my GodChilds Head and I need to Replace it.
Now I Am forced to Sell all of My GBT.  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Looking for a good Home For them.

WTS 1,500,000 GBT at 1500 SAT.

Look to Take Offers. If no Offer Come I will Just put big Sell wall and everyone Can buy a few.

Unfortunate but understandable.  If you did buy that much why the new account?  You obiously posted here under a different account as well.  No one is going to beat you up over it.  If I could ask kindly though can you not post a massive sell and dump it down.  If you put your wall up it will get chipped away quite quickly as this coin has some daily volume.  As we all win here I'm sure we will be buying more (I know I am from this last week's wins).  Either way I wish you the best and go do your business and get your roof fixed.  Regards.
yeah Gbtseller why dont you use yr real account and stop making these rediculous excuses of why you have to crash the price of GBT. Do what you gotta do ,it's a capitalist world!

A GBT token earns.....

How much, today?

Serious question? The coin is basically 10% of future profits.....due to low profit expectations for the first year or so it will temporarily be a higher percentage. The coin therefore will mean you own a stake in the company profits, this is similar to SIA contracts......its whether you think the site will make a lot of money or not in the future.
