First of all, welcome to the forum mate.
Secondly the OP Design looks dope. But the thing that hurts me the most is the ill-mannered site layout.
Seeing the ANN here, a user must have a great expectations from the site. But the site is just another common site with not so impressive features.
Things you mentioned that didn’t collide in the site:-
- NO KYC(But in site there is some info regarding this that you guys can ask KYC.
- 24/7 live support (but when I checked, no one there to reply back)
Hope you guys make necessary changes as mentioned in the OP or atleast change the OP with accurate information.

That 1-star picture makes me confusing also. It's useless if they intentionally put that in the chat box. that seems like bad rating feedback.
you can read their user agreement for now. and based from that, they should make revisions in some parts like it stated in 2.8-2.11 - as they only mention eth. but they are accepting other alts. i think they need to review their user agreement first before publishing the faq section. but faq would be a good help so they don't need to repeat the answers again and again.
I read it also. If Ethereum only (without bitcoin), PlayCrash.com must move this thread into Service altcoin board. but like you said, they are accepting another cryptocurrency as we can see those pictures currency on the bottom side (I haven't signed up yet to make sure)

Good thing there is someone who drop the link above so that I visited the site, the OP thread must have included the website link so that it is to navigate into their site. The site is not bad but upon checking, I saw there is no FAQ which is usually what I always check upon visiting the gambling casino because the TOS is usually too long to read and it seems no one will read a long article, would you mind if you have this possible frequent to ask list?

I read fist the accusation against the site and didn’t visit yet but it looks like its already settled and its good for the site. Looking at the OP alone, every information that I need is there, Its just that the link for the site is missing. Anyway, its good to see more option now and I though you only introduce crash game here and its good to see more games available on this site. Good thing, KYC is not a requirement here because this is a concern of many gamblers most of the time. Will still try to look for other details about this site, especially on Terms and conditions.

Visiting on the site, it isnt actually bad looking plus games offered is almost everything that we do currently have the in market.I just dont really like
the fonts being used imho.

Welcome to Bitcointalk forum. The UI is good and when I see the loading page I kind of like it but it is indeed a bit slow to load the site. Yes, I did able to access the site after waiting for it to load but I have read some messages in the chat room. It seems that there are some bugs that needs fixing. Creating a casino in rush would surely have many bugs or issues and I did read that the chat feature have chat filter which turns "scam" word into "good".

OP informed in another thread that they started too quickly with the platform and unfortunately there were a lot of bugs that they are fixing now.
