Is there any development with the trouble that I cannot open my windows wallet? New update or something like that?
Did you update your wallet to version 0.1.2.2? If you did, delete all files, except wallet.dat and scope.conf in your %appdata%\Scopecoin folder. Then run wallet and wait for it to sync

Try to shut down wallet and remove %APPDATA%\ScopeCoin\ (copy it somewhere first for backup purpose)
