Since they are not on the correct chain the network has rejected it.
Richiela will be online in a few hours and we have discussed to update their wallet when we meetup.

Tried deleting everything but the dat file and launching old wallet and it says . Warning: error reading wallet.dat! all keys read correctly , but transaction data or address book entries might be missing or incorrect.
did you create the wallet address with the new wallet or old?
It's from the old wallet.
