Più facile a farsi che a dirsi, comunque:
- entra nel tuo account advcash e seleziona la carta da "svuotare"
- clicca su withdrawal, seleziona il wallet a cui inviare il denaro (probabilmente euro), l'importo e poi invia
- a questo punto avrai spostato il denaro dalla carta al tuo conto avdcash, ora clicca su funds tranfert e poi seleziona to E-currency
- seleziona da quale wallet adv prelevare (solito probabilmente euro), scrivi l'importo e su "Recipient's E-Currency" indica che valuta vuoi e scrivi l'indirizzo a cui inviare la criptovaluta, poi invia
- in questo modo avrai convertito il tuo denaro fiat nella tua criptovaluta desiderata e inviato il tutto al tuo wallet personale

Se non vuoi spenderli o prelevarli, non ti resta che inviarli di nuovo sul tuo account Advcash. A questo punto avresti 2 possibili strade:
1. aspettare che sia reperito il nuovo partner ed inviate le nuove carte;
2. trasformarli nuovamente in BTC ed inviarli presso altro wallet.

L'alternativa è riportare il denaro nel conto advcash, visto il cambio favorevole riconvertire in bitcoin e inviare al tuo wallet in attesa di una soluzione

edit: ho scoperto adesso che il denaro nel conto advcash puoi convertirlo anche in BCH o ETH
