Does anyone these days have the problem with loging in into Xapo mobile application?
Every time I try to log in in the past two days I get the verification code on my mobile phone but at the same time also the message that the code is wrong and can't be verified.
On the other hand the Xapo web site is working normal and I have access to my account.
What could be wrong with mobile app?
Mine both application and web are not working well always verification code wrong sometimes the verification code it takes longer time before you can receive the verification code.. Before they have a time limit to input 6 digit code but they change but mostly you can experience of error when logging in i already contact the xapo support about my account issue but they never answer me..  maybe they are just busy just lets hope that they can fix the issue..

my xapo account does not work to login. when i opened it i registered with home phone so it does not receive texts  ( which was ok they used to call my phone and give me the code to enter ) but now since they changed to 6 digits they no longer call on sms and my phone does not accept sms? any advice? i emailed customer support 3 days ago and no answer.

Yes, it can happen sometimes and it did happen with me once or twice. During that time, I just delete all my browser caches and cookies and try after five ten minutes, and it works. Not sure what causes this, but xapo should look over this, as this causes concern when there is an urgency in accessing wallet.

If I remember correctly Xapo's verification codes are 6 digits from the beginning ?
But recently are not showing options to send SMS or calling options for first 20 to 30 seconds. It means we must use google authenticator app to get verified with them at first hand. If not, they will show option to send SMS. I guess you might not have waited for 30 seconds. Check now and still your problem persist try to contact their service discussion topic here.

Yeah! I come up with similar problem. The problem is not with verification code but with auto-verification. In such case, what one need to do is let the code come on mobile. When they write wrong code, cancel it and write code manually and there you go. You will get access to app.

Thanks, it's working, I've just tried.
But I've also noticed that verification code is different than before, it has 6 digits and the dash. And when you enter the code manualy you shouldn't put the dash otherwise it's not accepted.
Probably this is some kind of bug, hope they will fix it soon.

No, it is not a bug or error. It is simply a way of writing long numbers to make them easy remember. Likewise phone numbers, we have 1800-XXX-XXXX. It is just to make code eye-catchy.
