Never use both xapo and coinbase as both seems to moniter all of the transaction and also place lots of limitation before you verify your identity. Why not try electrum or blockchain.info wallets as i am using them from start without any verification requirement. Try your luck sending support ticket to xapo support, hope you will get your problem solved.
Yes it looks now several online bitcoin wallet service began monitoring every transaction made by users and it really is contrary to the nature of bitcoin that is anonymous.

I am using xapo or a long time, i don't see any problem with that. But i have introduced some friends. some of them have many problems because they used fake information while creating, to change those is tedious process with xapo

Even if you have some legit reasons to change some details, making that happen will take more time from you

As i say xapo is fine i you use it as it is from the registration date. if you try to change any of the details, you have go through more tedious process

There problem not about xapo error for now moment. But him need to valid proof identity information. xapo the one site have to right information when register, there for advantages fitures like you have order debet card with xapo.

I'm also a Xapo user. Once I had some minor problems when I had to send some extra data to verify my identity and at that time my access to the account was limited. But that was fixed soon and the customer support was good. So, I suggest to contact them, they will tell you waht is the problem and what you should do about it.
Same here. Although I've only been using their service for half a year. I really like the fact that they cover up the transaction fees so you don't have to lose anything, especially because I use xapo for small but frequent transactions. Having to pay for all those transactions might have already accumulated for so much already.

They have to adhere to the KYC/AML regulations or they will not be allowed to operate. So in a sense you cannot blame them for blocking some

accounts that are not verified. OP, did not mention if it was working before this latest transaction or if this was the first transaction he did on this

It's a good thing ", it means you already know and understand well in storage and also deals in the xapo. Maybe the OP is experiencing a pretty serious problem, so he made this thread with the intention that he be more savvy to deal with the problem. And I think that the real problem you were less praying and praying

Well will glad to help you out from this trouble, but for this will need few more information as

1) how much amount you have currently in wallet ?
2) How much amount you wish to send to other wallet ?


This information is necessary because, if you are sending more amount that actual amount have in wallet, such transaction cannot be completed.

To make transaction of deposit or withdrawal it needs fee for miner to verify transactions on block but if fee is not getting adjust or exceeds total balance have in account such transaction cannot be completed in network. Some times it may never get verified.

That there are several causes that you are experiencing. It is likely that your network is not so good, so the xapo does not respond to your input. Maybe you could give your complaint directly into the CS, because if you keep it too long the problem then it would further aggravate the State of

Once when I was creating a xapo account, I confirmed all the details and after two day I saw that they are saying some issues with personal details confirmation and I was unable to use the service, so I leaved that and decided to create another but after a week I thought that I already have that xapo with my identity, so I decided to go there and fix the issue with the support and when I logger in I found that the account was good and there was no any problem.


Sounds strange that they are collecting their users personal documents just to be able to get their service working. I would say im lucky im not one of the people who sent their documents on xapo.

If you got problem like this, you need go to upload "right" identity proof, may there yours has uploaded not valid. but if all was right go to contact support xapo wallet for fixed your account.

As we using xapo wallet, not such a problem with anythings. but if your got problem like this, i guess you need soon upload yours identity information just for make sure you're a right. I don't know this for what, but i guess this just for policy from xapo.

I think you just did something incorrectly to the instruction that they have during the time you are doing transaction in it. because I've been in xapo so far for good.
Well I used xapo only for sending or receiving coins.
