i am glad the card is working for you but i am little bit lost why would the card not be working in your area? I thought the card was a Visa or Mastercard and i thought it had the customers name printed on it? Is this information not correct?
This has nothing to do with Xapo. Not a lot of shops accept VISA in my country, because it isn't a mainstream thing over here. Most shops here just prefer our own banking system, because the fee's are a lot lower and it's less of a hassle to accept it.well i will be damed i learned something new here. I thought Visa and Mastercard was like the preffered cards for merchants world wide. Ok that does make me feel better was just weird when i heard that lol

I have used my debit card and it works like it should. Sadly not a lot of shops accept it in The Netherlands. Oh well, still an amazing thing to have for when I need cash and only have Bitcoins.
I got my Xapo debit card without being fully registered. Yes, I had to fill in my basic details, but they never requested an ID. I have used the Xapo debit card and it works great, just like their app. Their website? Not so much. It's very confusing (for example the buying Bitcoins part) and sometimes so slow that I have to login again before I can do something, which is quite annoying.
All my support questions have always been answered within 24 hours so I'm a happy customer at Xapo.

There are alot of topic in bitcointalk which says bad things about Xapo
it's not good for new project

well it went pretty quiet all in here, i guess people lost interest in this card or found something wrong with it apart from not sending to people in the usa Cry

so whats the good word going on with the Xapo Visa or Mastercard forgot what it was and on phone so not going to go back lol this phone to slow lol, but any word on us folks here in the USA getting cards shipped out to us anytime soon, i dont know how ANX Premium card can be shipped to USA in under 1 week from Hong Kong with no problem. I will post this same thing on other Xapo forums see where gets answer faster as not always so active

I use the capo card on a regular basis and it works everywhere in the world nearly. It's a dam good card and the cheapest out there. If your an American citizen then your card is free. If there was ever to be a problem with the card when you get it then there customer services are second to non and I had a few issues in the beginning. I was apart of the beta testing so I did have a few problems but now they have the infer structure working now the card works just like any other card. No loading fees and compared to ANX the xapo card is of better choice as it seamlessly works with the xapo wLlet and transactions are on your account in seconds.
What is there to discuss ? If you set up an account that is free and then use the contacts form ask for Jessie and she will help you with any question you have about the xapo card :-)

that is awsome and i am glad to hear you have had good experience and us the card world wide. Is the card you have branded a visa or mastercard and does the card have your name on it printed or is it with no name like ANX premium card? Also are you located in the USA or somewhere else as i know the card is free to us in the USA but ironically they seem to have hard time shipping it to the USA customers

seems like no activity here either, i am trying to find somewhere where they speak of the Xapo debit card more actively that what goes on this forum seems like noone on here talks about it. I am trying to get card for people like me that live in the USA. Any links to where i can find active chats would be appreciated will post this on the Xapo forums i go to to increase odds of answer. I think the xapo card in USA is free and from my understanding of Bitcoin cards there the cheapest for me and I don't use them to load my card up. You can use a cheaper alternative to do that. I have an ANX card but there fees are higher in the long run than XAPO
ok so i checked out the ANX site you suggested and it does seem they have high fees. Also if i read it correct it seems that the card has to be loaded first before you can use it at store or places that accept the credit card i think it was visa or mastercard dont recall. Now i think i seen a section that said you might be able to make deposits using ATMs if this is true i wonder if its true for people in the USA

I think xapo card is really good, I was a part of their beta programme and although their was a lot of teething problems my card works perfectly fine in all shops. Some UK banks I can't get money from the ATM like Barclays and Co-op bank don't accept the card. Or link machines but HSBC and NATWEST do accept withdrawals from the machine.
Their customer service is second to non. Jessie on the support page has answered every question and problem that I have had. Yes there is. 6 to 12 hour wait but they still answer and are willing to help with anything.
ANX card I feel their fees are pretty high and not comparable with Xapo. Xapo refund the monthly charge that their card service charges and there is no loading fee when I use bittylicous and Xapo card is real time coming from your wallet and the card is cheap. Where as the ANX card is not free. Well depending on if you have a huge amount of cash to put on first then it is.

Also a company that has been around for a while and is registered and some kind of regulation would be good.
