Jaycee, this campaign was finished one month ago. But this thread has not been closed because we are just waiting for the token distribution as an extra payment promised by devs.

The campaign has not ended yet since the distribution of the token has not been done.

It could become active as time goes by, manager is still waiting for the token payments, alternatively he is asking whether the campaign is going to be active, I deem that's the sole reason why it is still not mark as closed by the Manager.
