No dump going on. Its me giving some coins to the community on the cheap. Trying to get traders back. I'll go as low as it takes until people bite. The coins are worthless as it stands.
Eh we protected this coin from major dumps even when selling off coins to raise funds so dumping it into kingdom come is less than helpful in my opinion. It would make more sense to buy up all the coins to a decent price and dump from there. The reason xbc is not viable at the moment is because the community coins cannot raise enough btc for development so how do you expect us to fund maintainence when the wallet has to be dipped into again to pay bills and the price is shyte?
XBC needs a marketplace where peeps can buy sell and trade legitimate goods and services and also access to coin payments etc.Random traders are not needed only marketmakers to stabilise a low total amount coin at a more or less fixed price and xbc is pointless unless the price reflects the total coinage so the coin is valuable and viable enough to do any development with.
Putting low priced stacks of coins into random traders hands is only setting it up for dumps at slightly higher prices until the buy and sell eventually depletes the price.I have seen these patterns over years with various other coins/projects.
Thats just my opinion but carry on..
I understand the concerns but.......
We had zero volume for nearly a week and we have no lead dev. Why would Polo continue to host XBC for zero profit. They are a business.
Any object is only as valuable as what the next person is willing to pay for it. The price has been kept artificially high for quite a while now. No-one was buying apart from me, you and a couple of others. I supported the coin where I could this year to the extent that I have an unhealthy amount of coins. I have lot of respect for yourself and JJMV for leading the project and bringing out the last wallet update and just felt this coin had a great future with people who I could trust. Also I've said before I will cover maintanance fees on a monthly basis so you can stop worrying about that. I tried to help out with dev costs but Ale fell short of expectations. Hopefully in the next few months we will find a dev willing to work with us.
I disagree that putting coins into random traders is a bad thing. The more traders the better. This week I have sold just over 1000 XBC. At most that is 0.25 BTC. Just over $100. That is nothing. That is not a dump. Its simply trading. When you start selling off $1000's then that is different. The BTC has gone straight back on the support side.
