what is no reward for POW ?

PoW has no reward cause it's intended only as security measure for the blockchain in its initial stage. XBM has a POS reward system that is 1,5% annually.
PoS is already active on the chain and you can stake your coins and earn reward holding your coins in wallet to let them stake.
