It's changed to xbtfreelancer.net

but it's in development

No word from any of their social handles (fb, twitter, bitcointalk) + weird downgrade to .net... It looks like a phishing website honestly, unless you have a proof to back your claim.

... same and by default they are unskilled?

I never said that. It seems you are working so some agenda.

And stop necro-ing 2 year old threads uncessarily. Shows how much of a thinker you really are.

History is repeating. Because peoples refuse to reflex their own behavior. Like this here:

How to find skilled developers I tried to hire peoples through the crypto platforms, but only moslems or Indians are applying, but nobody skilled.

I was so unlucky and met a creepy scammer who called himself George O. Edward

I send him downpayment but he was not even able to deliver the start page.

Do somebody know where I can hire western HTML5/react mobile developers (I only need mobile front end no backend).

So your problem statement is that "Moslems" and "Indians" are one and the same and by default they are unskilled?

Going by that argument I can say you are nothing but a whitewashed caucasian who doesn't have the skills needed to get his own shit done and is trying to hire cheap slave labors who'd work for him.

I could be more constructive and help you and direct you to head over to https://crypto.jobs/ instead - in fact that is what I am doing here sarcastically, but instead I must remind you that their are more people in this world than what your stupid manchild racist ego would care to admit. Just because you don't have HR skills and run into plebs, does not mean that "moslems" and Indians have no skills.

you have been raising this topic after a long time, it’s hard to expect any developer to follow a topic like this.
I suggest you open a new topic in the service section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 where you will explain exactly what kind of developer profile you need. Also, what you don't want.
To avoid fraud, be sure to use some proven escrow service. There are several high trusted members here offering it.

They probably closed up signups due to having unexpected large amount of users and is not ready to handle more yet. Not sure though, since i never heard about that site. You probably should wait until registration reopens or check if you can join by getting an invitation from someone who already has an account. Or try mailing the administrator once again and request for a special access to create an account. Just show them how desperate you are and how much you would appreciate if they allowed you to create an account.
Ok it might be the solution. How does escrow work in this case ? How can I trust in those fellas that they have what it takes to do that project ? Is there any review or feedback system which is not that manipulated ? Who will judge if the project wasn't done as it was asked or at all ?
That is why I would still go with xbtfreelancer. It's somewhat self evident there.
You will have to look for a reputed escrow who will act as a middle man between you two. They also have some kind of fee depending on the escrow you selected. Sometimes it ends up being quite a hassle if misunderstanding takes place.

It's simple, the amount of money XBT would take as a service fee should be used to find a human escrow around the forum. You put money in the escrow, get the job done and escrow is released. Depending on the escrow you have hired, they should act as a mediator in case of disputes.

That is why I would still go with xbtfreelancer. It's somewhat self evident there.
How? Would they handle your case on a personal basis? They have an automated escrow and that's even worse.

After so much sorrow and pain... oh yeah baby The Heaven begins with...

It even seems far more superior then xbtfreelancer. I have contacted the Admin of this site just in case  Cool I suppose its time to update those outdated freelancer lists and bring some fresh blood.
You are right! They are better in terms of usability than xbtfreelancer.

Yeah that a good freelance site and i use that too, but its not popular as xbtfreelancer. The owner is run that site by himself and IIRC he don't have a lot budget to promote that site back in that days, and because is not too popular, you can see a lot expired project which is probably trolling or something.

xbtfreelancer has inbuilt escrow and milestone feature that takes 10% fee from the freelancer (means the employer doesnt pay a fee). There is a review system and if there is a dispute, the admin (as escrow mediator) handles it.

If you want to use /r/jobs4bitcoins you can setup an external escrow (e.g. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778, https://coinb.in/#newMultiSig -> click "need a mediator") to mediate any disputes. There is no single review/reputation system in reddit, but you can use external escrow. I would recommend to not use any escrow advertised in reddit and prefer to use established trusted escrows in bitcointalk or well-known bitcoin websites such as coinb.in.

I dont see any option to invite, otherwise I would invite you with my account.

There are maybe 1-5 new jobs per day in xbtfreelancer and most are programming related. You can find similar jobs in reddit.com/r/jobs4bitcoins or here in Marketplace -> Services. If you post a topic in Services and describe your skills, people can PM you.

Yeah.I like the freelancer model better then job posting.Actually I want to post some project and they would be perfect for that i really like this bidding stuff.I am bit still surprised that they don't care about new users.

If you want to post a project, you can also do this in /r/jobs4bitcoins or Marketplace -> Services and find a freelancer within 1-2 days.

You have a number of other options though if you're looking for jobs that pay in crypto (or freelancers who accept crypto).
I've written an article with a list of pretty much all crypto freelance websites out there.

Just checked and they are indeed not accepting new accounts.
Alternatively you can use Coinality, Cryptogrind, Jobs4Bitcoin, Bitlancer or BitGigs if you are looking for jobs and get paid with bitcoin.

Edited: BTW your post doesn't belong to service section move to discussion section.

I am so sorry. I wish I could.Unfortunately I have no clue how to move it there.

Meanwhile I am still unable to get in touch with the admin of xbtfreelancer.

You can do so bud by clicking the move topic button on the lower left part of your thread.

Or you or someone can report your thread and request the mods to move it in service discussion.

EDIT: I've reported your thread to be moved so the mods can do it for you. Smiley

I remember a while back their owner was spamming the shit out of that website here and no one gave two fucks about using them. Suddenly, their demand increases so much that you need an invite to create an account there?  Huh

I wish all the ICO/Bounty related services should find a breeding place in that forum instead of here.Their owner on bitcointalk https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/xbtfreelancer-472612 (Last active March -20)
