Things of interest in my opinion: Chinese translation asap since the volume of BTSX is insane we want to attract the Chinese investors to XCR, but doing so they need to understand what XCR is.

BTER is the main exchange for Chinese to exchange alts and I can't speculate on how many % of the platform they are but I'm thinking it's a lot since there is no talk about BTSX on Twitter or BCT yet it holds the largest volume on any alts.

Also a roadmap in which the community can participate with insight and ideas to increase adoption.

I couldn't agree more. It would be great to see a roadmap ASAP, this coin isn't getting any kind of real volume or attention.

Crypti Node Guide for Noobs on Amazon Web Services (AWS EC2)

I'm not sure if this will help everyone but I see a lot of questions when it comes to setting up your Crypti Forge Node. So, I thought I would put together a down and dirty guide for anybody having problems getting their forge to run and may not understand Linux-ese. Before doing anything, make sure you have 1100 XCR in your wallet. 1000 so you can forge and another 100 to add a second passphrase. Some of this may seem trivial for those who have been at this for a while but I wanted to put together something for those of us who are totally new to Linux and want to setup a forge. A lot of this I have gleamed from previous posts of other authors more talented than I. Please take no offence if I have left out a reference to something you may have already contributed or read. Like I said, it's for those of us that don't quite get it at a glance.

I invite any constructive criticism.

Locally. I'll work on opening the port and see if that fixes it.

Routing is actually my livelihood. I could lend you a better hand with that than setting up a node. What are you working with over there? I mean to ask, what is you LAN setup like, are you using a router/firewall provided by your ISP?

Where are you running this? Locally or in a cloud somewhere? Either way, you need to allow a way for the other nodes to talk to it by creating a rule that will allow them access to port 6040 and pointing to the local IP of the VM.

I'm not running the AWS/Google. I created an Ubuntu Virtual Machine (not using docker). Do I have to open the port anyways?

If you want anything from the outside world to get to it then you will need to create a rule that forwards port 6040 to the inside IP of that VM.

These are my last lines from the cat logs.log. Now I am trying to access my wallet as per "After it starts, open: http://serverip:6040/ <--- Replace "serverip" with Your Public IP" but It keeps getting stuck on Unable to connect.

What about your firewall or security settings?

You have to allow TCP incomming connections to port 6040

I don't think it's related to the firewall, as the client is receiving data.

If it AWS/Google cloud you need to add rule in firewall for 6040 port.

right if you followed the guide https://github.com/crypti/crypti-docs/blob/master/AWSwindows.md you have the inbound rule already set...

However if you already have your instance set up and need to add the Rule...

Go to your console
https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/v2/home

Then navigate to the SecurityGroups all the way to the right..

Then click the launch-wizard-1

Once your in the Security Groups you will see tabs in the lower part of the screen Select Inbound

Then click Edit
Then click Add

Add a Custom TPC rule

Port range is 6040
Source is Anywhere

Save it and you should be good

Question...

Do we have anyone here who could do a Chinese Translation? I will personally pay the bounty if we can get a Chinese translation in the next 2-3 days.

What is a good bounty for this? 1000 Crypti?

If you want to help with translations, I am posting a Bounty thread here: http://cryptitalk.com/index.php?topic=112.msg253#msg253

For now, I will personally pay the ones listed for translations to get the ball rolling.
I can help with this staff, I am a programmer I think I can translate smoothly. Smiley

Why is this coin so under valued? Less than 2,000 BTC?

It's not heavily developed yet. As you can read from the past few pages there are alot of people having trouble with the Linux install.

There are no problems right now. Everything is working fine and smoothly.

This is not true, see my problem with 0.1.5 and 0.1.5b. Crypti does not work at all on Ubuntu 14.04 desktop with nothing else installed but Crypti + the components it needs:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8528786

You stopped app on read/write db operation. So blockchain.db was crashed. Just remove it and run again.
I will found solution for this problem in next version.
