what is stingray?
Stingray is basically a mini-cell phone tower/network/access point in a box... or it can be more advanced with a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) (for example, at a stadium, sporting event, etc)
It does a man in the middle attack, picking up your text (as clear as day btw)... your data and your calls (metadata on this is captured real-time, who you called, how long you talked, etc)
XC will play a key part in protecting against this intrusion with its 2 way encrypted protocol
Now that is some seriously cool stuff. I have known about Stingray for awhile and have been waiting for something that could work against it. Sting ray is messed up...

Is there a rollout plan with approximate dates for the enhancements planned?
I think it would really help investors choosing this coin if this was made public knowledge along with regular updates from the development team with their current progress. A weekly progress report and updated plan should be the minimum.

I think the only thing missing is a timeframe for the development team to work towards and for investors to see that the project is on track.

Word of warning. Be clear that the timeline is an estimate and I would make the estimate a range. eg. 1-3 weeks.
