Silence and delay justified by devs hard work.

Dude. We need a logo.

It took me a while, but I was able to put together this awesome (imo) new logo:

 Tongue

for the longest time i always saw that logo as a rabbit took me longer than i care to admit it was a duck looking up

With respect to that:

RabbitNote? DarkRabbitNote? Denoted in carrots?

Hopefully you mean "working hard on roadmap stuff" ?
"Hardly working" literally means doing close to nothing :-)

The roadmap you mention is this one you wrote about on october 17th, right?

Hybrid PoW/PoS implementation. 17 weeks.
DarkNote mobile wallet. 12 weeks.
Aliases. 9 weeks.
Multisignatures. 4 weeks.
DarkNote web wallet. (JavaScript cryptography implementation). 2 weeks.
GUI client improvements. Every day. Frequently updated.is

Thanks for the heads up. Cheers.

SIr, do you really think that PoW/PoS CryptoNote implementation is nothing? Yes, we are late with roadmap stuff, because we do our best to make it good. And you always should remember that XDN already have much more features, like GUI, moving blockchain out of RAM, Light client, End-to-end encrypted TX Messaging based on blockchain, HTML simplewallet wrapper, GUI pool miner, etc, etc, etc/

Also emission curve is almost on plato now, but we still have few months before true plato event. Nowdays prices are the most appropriate for minor traders and investors, pushing coin units decentralization.

Thank you, true supporters. Any trade - buy or sell - boosts XDN economy. Before real markets, coin should be decentralized and have high liquidity.

I think it was just a miscommunication of English. Smiley

"Hard working" means to do lots of work.
"Hardly working" means to very little work.

@dNote
I didn't mean to criticize at all, sorry for the misunderstanding. I just couldn't find the roadmap at the beginning of this thread, that is why I reposted it. Maybe it is handy to post it in the beginning with updated schedule. Cheers.

Could there be a short update by the dev on what is currently being done, -or what first future plans are-, for the development side of XDN? Thanks.
Hardly hardly working on roadmap stuff.

I'm really liking the logo on the new subreddit. Is it a duck, or a rabbit.... or a KEY?   Grin

Very cool.

I know these metrics are calculated in an inexact statistical way, but these results are way off:

https://minergate.com/pool-stats/duck
Pool hashrate
116.1kH/s
World hashrate
276.0kH/s

http://duck.extremepool.org/
Our Pool
Hash Rate: 218.96 KH/sec
Network
Hash Rate: 269.51 KH/sec

LOLwhut?   Tongue

I think that indicates hashrate is rising pretty fast over past 24 hours. I believe diff (which the network hashrate is calculated by) is taking into account blocks found over the last 24 hours or so, while the pool's calculate their hashrate based on the last 30 minutes I think. So, if the sum of the pools is much greater than the reported network hashrate, that means the diff/network hashrate is still playing catch up with the increase in hash.
