What conditions have to be met for the escrow to release these 'round 1' bitcoins to you? Setting up the equivalent of a cafepress range of 'branded' items doesn't count.

Theres a bit more to it and once we get the documentation in order the information will be released for review. If the community would shell out 90k for a website then there isn't much hope is there?

If your after "cafepress" goodie's we might even be ables to suggest a few sites but don't expect to load your rucksack with copy paste prints of our work.
