That would count as 4 bets (The parlay would be a different bet, since you are saying that all those 3 outcomes will come through, and on the 3 bets they are not related.).

As for the duplicate bets rule
Rule 7 from the Betting Rules section has been updated, hope it's more clear now.
7. You can not have "duplicate" bets even if they are made at diferent odds. If you do so, we will only count the first one. By "duplicate bet" we refer to bets that represent exactly the same outcome, even if they are from different markets.
This is an example of a duplicate bet:
(On the same market)
Barcelona v Real Madrid - Match Odds, Barcelona @2
Barcelona v Real Madrid - Match Odds, Barcelona @1.5
(On different markets)
ManUtd v Malmo - Total goal, 3 goal or more @2
ManUtd v Malmo - Over/Under, over 2,5 goal @2.2
In these cases we will only count the first bet made.
I can't state all the cases, since they are quite a few. If you have doubts when placing a bet feel free to ask on the forum. But try to think if the bet represents exactly the same outcome, even if made on different markets, if so don't place them both as we will only consider 1 for the competition.
