Do your prepaid cards still work?
I have quite a number of questions, since the information posted on the website is quite unclear to me and scattered.
What interests me is: get prepaid card, fill it with Bitcoin when I have, use the card ePOS, POS, ATM.
I live in EU, but my country's currency is not EUR.

Q1. Do you have VISA, Mastercard or both? The in one place I've seen both, in another only MC and no logo, which may mean you don't really have it officially. How about the card issuer? I really need to know if it's really coorect/registered Visa/MC because of the use at merchants.

Q2. What are all the fees? (The issue fee is missing from "fee and limits"; it's unclear if after 1 EUR + 3% at Bitcoin "loading" I have to pay another fee to convert BTC->EUR, fee that can be hidden in the "sell bitcoin" price; how about blocked cards?)

Q3. How are the discounts calculated and what do they affect? (level 2 is 1000$ per transaction, monthly, yearly, lifetime, ...?; level 2 means that at the end of the year I pay only 93% of the 20 EUR yearly fee for the card?)

Q4. When are the fees taken from the card? I mean I need at least 21 EUR for start for a card? Even for virtual card?? I don't really understand that 20 EUR yearly fee when there's also a monthly fee.

Q5. Are all transactions and up-to-date balance available on web? Also on smartphone too? User gets notified in-app/web (sms??) on each transaction or not really?

Q6. Since EUR cards are 20% more expensive (1 EUR = 1.2 USD) do they have some advantage I missed?
