did you actually create the conf file in the conf folder with the config in the op?you got 2 options create the config and use the above command in a batch file or use
simplewallet --config-file configs/oneevilcoin.conf as its already in the conf folder when it opens hit G to generate a new address it will ask for a password(this is really asking you to make a new password so input your new wallet password) and confirm your new password it will generate the worlds longest wallet address and there ya go

For your personal wallet you have to use simplewallet:
 simplewallet  --config-file configs/magnatoj.conf

walletd is a payment gateway and its purpose is to be used by services:
