Yes Monero is now fully functional on Ledger same way as all coins were till only recent. Ledger introduced Ledger live then where Monero will be included latter. I had not used thsi Ledger live yet, but as I saw you acces all coins in same wallet. Instead as before you had to open wallet of each coin you had on your Ledger wallet. But as I said. Monero on Ledger is now same as was Bitcoin or any other coin a month ago

Is there a way to download the Moneo wallet for the ledger? I can't find it on their webpage: https://www.ledgerwallet.com/cryptocurrencies

Yes they should add link there. I sort of expected that was done since was said that Monero was pulled out of "developer items" on Ledger Manager chrome application. Most likely Ledger is waiting to link to GUI 0.12.3, Yes that makes lots of sense. So should be there in few days if not before.
