Well so much for ryzen master.  Every time I open it, I get passed warning accept option and when it opens i freezes and say Ryzen master has stopped working... a problem has occurred and program needs to be closed.  Any other option for OC this CPU.?

Okay you need to clock the cpu miner use ryzen master software.

set freq to 3300

and set volts to 1.1

it gives a constant temp reading for the cpu

Mine stay at 60c and do 10500-11000 for days on end.

if you drift up near 85c they will throttle.

what is your cooler.

other option is a killer diller cooler and they are far and few in-between as many water coolers cover only 90% of the chip I use this huge air cooler

as it covers the chip

Will give this a shot.  I have been trying to set the freq and volts and dram timing in the mobo bios, but apparetly that doesnt help me any.  I will attempt to OC in Ryzen master when I have a chance again.  I have the stock Wrath Prism cooler, but since it only hashes at 9200khs the cpu doesnt get above 51C degrees.  I never gets above 51C degrees for it to have to throttle.

I'd imagine its because when you run the short benchmark, the cpu boosts instantly due to the load and voltage, and it gives a good score. However, the all core boost is not sustainable without crazy cooling and voltage, as you're finding out when you actually run the miner.

What type of cooler do you have? What's your infinity fabric clock set to? These are all factors

Edit: Also, are you running it as admin?

Need some help if anyone can offer it.  I have pulled countless youtube videos, reddit forums research and still cant get the CPU overclocking down for this.  I have the following hardware:

MSI x470 Gaming plus max MOBO
Ryzen 3900x cpu Wrath Prism cooler
2 8gb Consair Vengance 3600mhz DDR4 CL18 RAM
msi 570 4gb Gpu
running windows
XMRig  6.7.0 mining software
Huge pages enabled.

I have input RAM info into DRAM calculator to get the timing for the Ram.  When I enter those timing and subtiming into the MOBO bios, on reboot it fails and I have to reset to default.  I've also just done simple OC like increase CPU speed from 3.8mhz to 4.1mhz.  changed cpu voltage to 1.25 and Ram voltage to 1.25.   None of this seems to increase the hashrate of the 3900x.  It starts out at 8700khs and only increases to 9136khs.  That is the highest I can get.

Note:  When I use XMRig benchmark test the cpu get 12517khs.  I dont understand why when I run the miner it only obtains 9100-9200khs.  It never mines above 9200khs and the CPU temp never gets above 52C degrees.

By chance is the sticks of RAM to high for this cpu... Should i have gone with 3400 0r 3200 mhz ram?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
