I think you should have more live girls before you start getting viewers. One online girl with some generic videos is not a webcam website , its haunted town  Get more girls and do some marketing before you consider affiliate. You are correct, we'll try explain it better: If the streamer is referred by you you get 2.5% of the tip, and if the visitor is too you get another 2.5% of the tip. Adding from both sides. 1 mBTC tip => 0.025 BTC(2.5%) to user referral + 0.025 BTC(2.5%) to streamer referral = 0.05 BTC (2.5%) if you are both the user referral and the streamer referral. Maybe you overlooked but it says they'll pay 2.5% in the start and it will increase as you bring in more clients/traffic to upto 10% of all the money your client spends on the site. So for example if you refer someone and he joins with your link and deposits and tips the models 1 BTC you'll get 2.5% of that, i.e. 0.025 BTC And same are the conditions for if you bring in a Model but the only difference is that you'll get your affiliate percentage when she withdraws her tips.
