This is hilarious. A decentralized crypto with a centralize bank. I don't see a logic why do we have to support it. Can you think of a better project and not a hilarious idea like this one.

It is meaningless to discuss early whether XOV can establish a central bank. Wait until it becomes a complete project.

Looks like a very interesting project. Creating a crypto bank it a little "suspicios" as crypto pretty much is trying to stay away from banks.
