It is possible. You can do "quote tweet" in twitter. That way, you can add captions and hashtags.
About the Wednesday issue, I also think that way.

I'm still not understand about this.
Do i need to make 2 post and 2 retweet on both Facebook and Twitter.
Or i just can make the Facebook one was sharing post, while the Twitter was Tweet.
Or both Facebook and Twitter need to make 2 post and 2 retweet which result 8 post a day.
