Based on coinmarketcap, the price of XRP is still stable right now and i think you can buy now because if the market go up again which is bullish market, but if you want to play safe just wait until the XRP price go down a.k.a wait for more dump. Your choice though.
Now is a good time to buy those coins. Since in the future there will be a very strong rise in prices. Santander Bank will be able to help XRP with its financial impact on the crypto market.
XRP is now in very under priced. This because by seeing the demand of the Ripple among the global country the price of the Ripple has not grown this much as much the ETH. XRP should be in the second position in place of Ethereum. So, mere $0.40 is not the big price per Ripple. So, buy now.
Now its recoverign and getting stable now i am not big follower of XRP because of its Centrelised nature . There is another option availbale NEM still its trading uder 0.10$ .

I think XRP will still be a beat cheaper than it presently is. I would suggest one waits a while before one buys. Although, there are still some rapid growth in prices of coins these days. It's just unpredictable.
At this time, prices are being repaired, maybe we can wait for the XRP price to be much cheaper because if we buy it now of course it has a risk of decreasing if the BTC price drops, other altcoin prices like XRP also fall far enough, so we have to wait for the increase chart or decline after today.

The crypto market has moved from bear period to what i term semi-bull run period. Therefore it may be risky to say that the price of XRP may dump more from its current price.I will advise you to buy if you want to buy now and don't wait for it to dump more because the price is very unpredictable.

Second, it's one of those few coins which many business monguls are considering for adoption into their respective business. So therefore, anytime you feel like go for it.. I also don't have too much impression with ripple but from what I observed from the market situation, the price of ripple was in the rising phase, even it has risen quite high, so continuing to buy now will make us lose if the adjustment phase appears. I am not saying that it does not have a chance to increase but this ratio is quite low and we will face a lot of dangers, instead of choosing an option that is too risky, we should wait for the market dumping occurs, buying at that time will be less risky But if you want to buy it, the price seems very low and buying now would be a good option for you.

In the past two months Xrp has not really gone below 31 cents. If you have done your research and you are expecting a bullrun for Ripple, then the time you buy is now because it has corrected to 39cents
