TBH like many others I didn't think XRP had a chance at all. But the battle will be long...

Ripple is still growing in value and now it is above $1.3 for each ripple which is a value that ripple has not seen in years, I just recommend that people do not become complacent with what it is happening because the price could still go down as things are not resolved and could always take a turn for the worse during the next months and this is especially true if the bull market happens to end during the next months in which case the crash of ripple will be terrible.

For those hoping Ripple fails this lawsuit, you do realize they'll target many other DAs next? In court a few days ago, the SEC lawyer said that ETH and BTC could even be securities, and their previous statements don't matter.

The crypto community as a whole should be cheering on Ripple in this lawsuit, not the SEC.

Can't believe people are this easily convinced, it is really funny. Let me explain it this way, XRP was at around 20 cents, not it is at around 1.3 levels right? You think that is good, you believe it has gone from 24 cents or so to 1.28 levels in less than 3 months so you are very happy it right? Well have you looked at all other coins recently? Ethereum went from like 150 bucks to 2k+ levels, bnb went from 15-20 dollars to 480+ dollars, there are MANY different coins that made a move like that. If you still think that there is really a good thing left about XRP that means you are really a fool, I am sorry.

I have always stayed away from XRP because who would want to buy a centralized coin, and it is centralized to a silly company as well, not like BNB which is tied to Binance but I would understand people who do not use that too. At the end of the day it is risky and it wasn't that much profitable neither.

I agree that for the top crypto in terms of stability, they certainly won't have an everlasting decline but what more people are concerned about is recovery time, basically we don't know how it will recover and take the right moment to make a profit, very few people make a big profit through ripple, most of whom you say are alluding to whales and some lucky ingredients. The unlucky majority is accidentally buying Ripple at a price too high and still waiting very tirelessly, pass 1$ very quickly but takes a long time to activate

Never thought that XRP would rise as much as it is currently. It is apparent that SEC only damage the surface of Ripple and help XRP to erase novice investors. Veteran XRP lovers must collect a lot of XRP during the big dump. Buying as cheap as $0.3 is now people' dream.

I believe that after surviving a big tragedy like this, XRP are capable to increase up to $3 or even $5 when the bull run end. Therefore, investing in XRP is not a bad idea at all

When people hear about SEC, they usually panic especially hearing about lawsuits, but it seems like people have already realize that Ripple as a great chance of winning the case, that's the reason why XRP is now bullish.

Yes, XRP is doing good in spite of SEC issue. Traders still showing trust in XRP that's the reason XRP is booming. I read the article It's the good news of early legal victory still we have to wait for more good news when XRP wins the current ongoing legal battle then we will see more movement.

I am kind of confused too.

I sold my XRP after the lawsuit was filed because I know I might lose everything if I just leave it there. I don't regret it.
I just feel bad thinking why it should go this way. If this is a way of SEC to attack cryptocurrencies then we could expect this will not be over soon.
Then, another big crypto company will be next. I hope they win this case just to let them know they cannot mess around with crypto enthusiasts.

Until now we still do not know if XRP can win the lawsuit or not. Having access to the documents only gives them a slight edge, most likely XRP will lose in this lawsuit.

I never anticipated that it would really be early as this since we know that it had some issues with SEC but it turns out that those people who had able to buy on the floor had really able to make
profits and for those who do trust up on that typical buy low sell high procedure then it did really paid off.I havent took some risk on buying XRP on that time even though i was really on being
tempted to buy since its was already cheap but the hesitance is still there since their issue had been resolved out first but now look at where we now?
Lucky for those who did able to get in while its still cheap.

Xrp looks like a really solid future. Yesterday, btc stopped when it retreated a little, but it gained over 100% in the last week. I don't expect xrp to make a new peak these days when the markets are good. Because his case is still ongoing, or he would have peaked by now.

I know that if they can pass this and not really have a big problem that would result with price going up, but why do people still keep promoting it and defending it? I have to say I have been longer than most people, nearly 8 years since I first joined bitcoin movement and I have to say from day 1 I hated XRP, why? Because it is a company behind a coin and if I do not trust a whole government with my money and that is why I moved from fiat to crypto, why would I trust a company with my money? What makes it better that Ripple controls my money when I already have a government controlling it? Same reason why I never use USDT and I wonder why other people use it, that seems like maybe a good thing to learn.
