Makes Ethereum look good ?

I was actually going to say that too earlier  Cheesy
I wasn't sure if i should go THAT far though hahahaha

It just shatters my mind beyond comprehension how fucking scammy and blatant this crap has evolved into.
You look at what was denied / accepted in mid-2013 then NOW !
What a difference !

And the Doge-tard's who showed up late clutching their lunch money for profits have no idea.
Because they got here late..

Ripple was shot down and denied hard when it was launched here in case you don't remember guys.
The community said.. NOPE !

I was actually stunned after watching it fail to get on Cryptsy for a year or two..
that it eventually got listed on there and gradually all over.
That was the tipping point time period where things started to get more & more scammy.
AKA: The ICO days (formerly known as IPO)

I recall watching Ripple sit on Cryptsy's add-a-coin vote page for almost 2 years with the highest amount of paid votes.
And Cryptsy would still side step it all that time.. avoiding adding it.
Until one day they just randomly added it after 2 years roughly.
And over-night in a split second it was Ripple central with full support.

Just added because of user demand ?
Well lets point out how the *paid* votes were overwhelmingly all Ripple.
Of all the votes i bet Ripple had 50% and every other coin had the other 50%.
And it was a LONG LOOOONG list of coins with *PAID* votes.

Cryptsy always tried to play the "user demand" card..
ORB for example was shot down and denied by the community with an aggressive revolt.
The users across the Altcoin scene flipped out and raged when they added it to Cryptsy markets.
So loud and aggressively that they had to pull the coin within hours of adding it.
That happened around mid-2013'ish
Want to know how sleazy & scammy these fuckers are ?
With no announcement of any kind they slipped it back in when Crypto exploded in popularity DEC-2013
Right when the scene was flooded hard with new-users (knowing the older users wouldn't notice)
..or would be drowned out by the noobs and puppet accounts etc.

When i asked them about it or i should say they seen my FUD posted above before
they basically just played dumb about it.
Par for the course.

This shit really actually has become ridiculously pathetic.

(XRP is a bad poorly thought out scam)

... this needs to be it's own thread ...

for your average Investard ... i've done my homework ... but I still have no clue on what da duck is XRP

1. does it have a wallet/private key/blockchain?
2. go to the website try to find that minor detail.
3. the market is likely 100% Ripple 'bill' Gates bullsnot .. outside of Polo .. there is not a market besides the ripplegates ... and they would never ever fake volume.
4. centralized, premined, to the point of making ETH look good.
5. how the H-E double hockey sticks do you get to trade on ripplegates?  there is no login/register.

beyond scam

what is it?
this is it!
XRP is for banks not the people and has centralized control.

So ?
I had an exchange post on my joke coin topic they added my coin (that never existed)
All exchanges are scammy ass bullshit for profit.

They make BANKERS look like saints !
Why ? ..financial regulations with Banks and none with Crypto.

Just imagine how many guys would be thrown in jail (in Crypto) like Martha Stewart
..an old lady who baked pies on TV ..for "Insider Trading"

AND THEN !

Imagine that those regulations get implemented any time randomly in Crypto and watch the shit storm of finger pointing commence  Cheesy

You guys are mighty cocky with all this crap.. let me know how it works out for you  Grin

PS:
mark it on your calendar.. me & stoat agreed on something (XRP is a bad poorly thought out scam)
Bill Gates should be ashamed of himself for supporting it (as pimpjuice said earlier on this topic)

Oh and.. if Banks are using it then how do they do it ?
They would have to BUY the scam coins from bag holders.. not happening ROFL
Anyone with a small fraction of a brain here knows they would just invest in their own SCAM COIN.
Why buy a currency when you can print your own money ?

Banks can not "use" or support XRP unless they buy some..

The Bank liars did not think out their bold claims too well hahhahah
I feel sorry for people who actually believed that shit.
Bank of Nigeria is ready to accept your money.. a prince is needing 10 grand worth of XRP..
and he promises to give you a 100x your money if you can help him out.

Grab your wallets Investards  Cheesy

Oh and.. it's been a year since this topic was posted so uhh.. where is that Pump buddy ?
Seems you were full of shit HAHAHHAHA

XRP NEW EXCHANGE :  https://www.theworldexchange.net/#about
https://twitter.com/barrysilbert/status/779317435413430272

Ripple is actually a mature and well established technology in industry that's been online since 2013. Ripple Labs, the company which created the technology, has already implemented the technology in many major U.S. banks. The Ripple network itself is just sitting there on the internet with no barrier to entry or cost for anyone to connect to and use. The reason the technology is little known publicly and that no one else has created a similar free, open portal to the network is for a number of reasons:

  • Ripple Labs has pivoted to applying their technology just to bank transactions. That is but a sliver of what their technology is capable of, but as a company with many investors and private interests, they had to focus their use case. As a result of their financial industry focus, they had to retreat from being too public with their work. This combined with the stigma of the company having "sold out to banks" is why Ripple is less known today than it was in 2013 when it first started.

  • There is no business case for making something that is essentially free. The World Exchange is a pure, vanilla, client-side tool for the Ripple network and charges nothing to use. There is no extra process in between you and the network and no way for the creators of the website to profit. No VC would ever fund a free-to-use platform with no way to make money. So why did Autodidactic I create it then? Autodidactic I is essentially an inventors/artists guild of individuals who have already created other ways to fund their own projects with no outside backers or interests. As a result, this and many other projects by Autodidactic I tend to be profit-less in nature and done purely out of interest or just to see if it's possible.

Things that are free and open are very rare, and it is a natural human response to be skeptical. The nice part is because it's free and open, you don't need to speculate. Just go ahead and create an account to try things out with. Do something with it or do nothing. It is up to you. The technology, however, is here and open to all!

XRP is so undervalued for the last few months compared to the other shit coins out there.
The train is on its way guys. Hop on while you can.

XRP is centralised system. So it has lower value compared to open system such as uᴉoɔʇᴉq or Etheruem.
If it can cut out the existing bank costs by 60% you can see it as a bridge between the existing economic model and the completely decentralised one in the future.

But other coins such as bitcoin could also cut the banking cost. I do not see much benefit using Ripple.
Well I know that they are working with very large banks to trial out.
Dont know if BTC is doing the same with any big banks at the moment though.

Eh.  I'm tired of all the altcoins.  Wish that shitcoin burning program BARR would burn everything but the top 3 or 4 coins, but I'm sure that will never happen.

Still working on it!

Pretty pathetic

Exactly my thought.

What ripple is trying to do with this thread; announcing a pump.

I do not think it has anything to do with XRP or XRP whales. When they want to pump, they will not let us know.

Will they let you know when they decide to dump as well?

Literally publicly announcing a pump and dump. Lol ripple is this how far you've sunk?

Ripple will pump in your wildest dreams.  No chance for this coin any more its been around too long and achieved absolutely jack shit.  The same goes for monero which I mention because someone was talking about it on the previous page.

So I finally figured out the jackass of the forum.  Your constant fud makes me sick.
1) Stop bringing up monero?Huh wtf
2) I DID NOT SAY this was a freaking pump and dump

FOR EVERYONE SAYING XRP IS CENTRALIZED... The way it was built was to become more decentralized as more validators are added.  Right now, yes, Ripple does have validators running but MICROSOFT has stated they are very interested in Ripple and running multiple validators, add multiple financial institutions, plus anyone else who has interest and you become more and more decentralized.  Bitcoin, which is often considered the most decentralized actually only has a few miners in China causing it to become more centralized. If you do not believe me listen to VITALIK BUTERIN say it with your own ears... https://youtu.be/naKvYfYsBQo?t=46m56s
