It's in a clear downtrend and we don't know how long it will be in that trend. As long as Bitcoin goes down XRP would follow eventually. If Bitcoin bounce back from 30-31 k again then we can see higher prices, for 1$ XRP target I think we need to see at least 38k Bitcoin price. Otherwise I don't think XRP trend reversal happen without Bitcoin price movement help.
