Last week the Ripple team completed two new partnership agreements.will be good this year for ripple?
The first was with the telecom company IDT and the second was with international payment service MercuryFX.
Ripple will also test the functionality of xRapid Ripple, based on the Ripple token, which has been designed to lower commissions when making payments.
In early January the international payment system Moneygram announced plans to add the XRP token to increase speed and lower commissions.
Indeed, 2018 will be advantageous for Ripple and other cryptocurrencies.

You are in it. Read the whole thread from the first page to 388 this I think will give you all the sources you can find. Of you can try reading hodor's blog I think the guy made some insightful things about what is coming with ripples. Price may have dip right now but if your concerns are to profit in the long term, hold.
Yeah, I think Hodor's blog is the way to go. Every time, I'm impressed at the quality of work he is putting writing his articles. Always interesting and well sourced.

Ripple fell seriously. Bitcoin is a little collective. I think Ripple is going to be fast for $ 1. But do you see much higher prices? I do not think so. Realistic goals need to be put.
It was not only Ripple that fell but just about every other altcoin took a nosedive. I think it will recover but it will take many weeks, more likely a few months, to recover but (time to buy some more)..

Despite I really love ripple, I hate to see that its price evolution follows exactly the bitcoin and as well for all the other altcoins. I could increase my xrp holdings nicely and still believe this coin is the most valuable one in terms of utility! However it seems that btc will remain as the „gold standard“ for quite a while and I ask myself what it needs for xrp to overcome.. just top of the crypto world? Is this it?
SBI VC is a first brick for a wall to separate from BTC, also, wait when plans with hedge & custody will start working out. It will bring more clearer distinction from BTC.
Also keep in mind, BTC marketing was here since 2010, XRP started only mid last year.

The fact that ripple lost so much value is one of the brightest things for our community during these loooong dark days. I hope all banks lose money here and leave our territory. That scam centralized coin must be out of our world.
I don't think there are banks who already sold at a lower price, what they would do however is to buy more now that they knew all can be manipulated by dip of price and simple fud. If anyone is going to be millionaire soon, those are the ones that will hold for they know they don't lose money when they do.

Posted this when XRP was at 2$, now it's at 0.75$, and don't tell me "all the market is red", cause yes it is but there are not a lot of coin which have lost 60% of their value in less than one month
At one moment I had 70% of my portfolio in XRP, and as thats not healthy situation, I sold for EUR on Bitstamp and lowered it to 30%,
and now bought some LTC, ETH and also bought enough XRP to have same amount as I had few months ago.
So now I have same XRP, with some added ETH and LTC
